PNCB is currently looking for a highly qualified Program Coordinator with certification experience. Candidates should have a minimum of 5-7 years experience working with certificants in a non-profit setting. Must be able to multi-task and enjoy a variety of responsibility. The successful candidate will be extremely detail oriented and organized.

This position will be responsible for coordinating PNCB’s Certification Renewal Program. Assist with developing and implementing procedures to manage, evaluate and enhance the program. Serves as a member of PNCB’s customer service and operations team providing exemplary service to all PNCB constituents.
Essential Job Duties:
Coordinate and perform tasks related to the certification renewal program including:
program communications both internal and external
policy and procedure updates internal and external (web site updates, staff documents)
maintenance of program documents and files
answering inquiries from certificants and other stakeholders on certification renewal
coordinates the processing of lapsed certificants
assisting and supporting the certification renewal audit
updates to the online renewal application
Provides timely and accurate service to all PNCB certificants and stakeholders by maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the certificant database and all PNCB products and services.
Serves a member of the operations team by cross-training and providing support for other program areas as needed.
Assists with special projects, reports and other duties as assigned.

Ability to organize, prioritize and maintain focus on multiple work projects
Customer service orientation
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Physical demands – may include extended periods of sitting, standing and walking
Minimum education/training: Associates Degree or higher preferred.
Program management experience related to certification preferable.
