Communications/Editorial, Project Management/Program Development, Public Relations
This position will report to the Executive Vice President for Education, Research and Board Services and will work collaboratively with other Board Services projects. Primary responsibilities include planning, designing, and preparing promotional and marketing materials including but not limited to:
·Preparation of content for the promotion and marketing of projects.
·Support of ACCT efforts to expand services and projects, including preparation of proposals, promotion materials, and content for websites.
·Grant writing and reporting, including responding to requests for proposals as well as generating original concepts.
·Development of strategies and outreach services including organizational analysis, outreach to other organizations and partnership development
·Preparation of work plans and budgets.
·Oversight and maintenance of websites.
·Production of educational webinars and other online projects.
·Conduct Internet-based research.
·Maintenance of electronic library of sample documents.
·Work cooperatively and closely with colleagues on project management.
·Other duties as assigned.
·Gifted writer with the ability to prepare promotional and marketing materials and development strategies
·Ability to establish priorities and to meet tight deadlines
·Superior organizational skills with close attention to detail
·Exceptional people management and communications skills (written and verbal)
·Ability to work cooperatively in team environments as well as independently to coordinate projects

·Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
·Proven proficiency developing and designing mobile applications and using website content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal, WordPress, etc.
M.A. degree required. Experience in public relations, marketing, communication, and 4 years of project management experience. Proficiency developing and designing mobile apps.
