The Kentucky Trucking Association seeks a personable, outgoing individual for the position of Executive Administrative Assistant. The position reports directly to the President. The Executive Administrative Assistant deals directly with KTA members, manages financial record keeping, and assists in planning and hosting KTA events. The Executive Administrative Assistant position is based out of the KTA office in Frankfort and requires occasional travel throughout the region and the state.
The ideal candidate will serve the individual members of the Kentucky Trucking Association; Manage the financial bookkeeping of the KTA; Assist in management of the KTA Database; Help plan, organize and host KTA events; Assist in the management of annual Truck Driving Championship, Golf Outing and Leadership Conference and other meetings and events throughout the year. Position requires occasional amount of travel throughout the state (10-12 overnights/year).
