Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, this position assumes responsibility for all facets of board team professional development including assisting districts in identifying and addressing training needs, conference programming, and training development and delivery.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in education, training and development or related field. Association work experience is preferred. Experience in developing and delivering professional development. Conference/Meeting planning experience. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, including public speaking). The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Strong team player. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records. Experience with distance learning is preferred.
