BCSP is a not-for-profit 501(c)(6) professional certification organization with more than 35,000 practitioners worldwide. The BCSP Foundation (BCSPF) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3), whose mission is to advance Safety, Health, and Environmental (SH&E) professionalism and public awareness through funding outreach initiatives, professionalism support, and from time to time, based on Board approval, contributions to other educational/charitable purposes.
The Foundation Manager is a newly established position and will be charged with building the Foundation from the ground up. The primary responsibility of the Foundation Manager is to develop and implement a strategy for attracting and retaining sponsors to help fund BCSP’s mission.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a foundation or cause marketing, preferably in a not-for-profit environment.
