Responsible for providing support to several programs including Citizen Centric Reporting (CCR), Corporate Partner Advisory Group (CPAG), governance, Intergovernmental Partnership and membership/chapters. Great opportunity to learn all facets of a not-for-profit organization!
Responsibilities Programs Support:
Coordinates CCR reviews and distribution of award letters and certificates
Coordination of Accountability Workgroup and Chapter Accountability Chairs meetings and activities
Promotes the CCR, including submitting website updates
Scheduling of calls and meetings and writing summaries of calls and meetings
Data entry to include maintaining committee rosters and contact information, processing memberships and subscriptions and address changes
Awards, scholarships, and nominations coordination (spreadsheets, correspondence, etc)
Processing mailings such as mail merges, stuffing envelopes, affixing postage, creating labels
Providing phone back-up for the Customer Service Representative
Distributing the Association’s daily mail
Orders and maintains office supply stock for the Association
Other duties as assigned
Two year’s administrative experience, preferably in a not-for-profit organization
Organized and detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Good public presence and the ability to interact with many types of individuals at different levels
Demonstrated computer skills and working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications (iMIS experience a plus)
