This position will provide customer service support for all inquiries related to the purchases of product offerings and event registration for all events. The coordinator will also be responsible for the entering of all information related to these areas into the appropriate software. The role also includes the coordination and administrative support for governance committees.
This position will prepare invoicing and other financial reports for the product sales and event attendance.
There are two conferences with over 1,000 attendees in total and product sales are over $300,000 annually.
RESPONSIBILITIES SEGMENTED BY TIME SPENT (SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED UPON BUSINESS NEED)
Committee Support (15%)
Provides administrative support for all relevant committees including meeting scheduling, attendance tracking and preparing meeting minutes.
Administration of software housing courses including addition of new education programs for purchase, conducts pre-deployment testing, and assists members with education software-related issues.
Complete state CLE applications and annual CPE renewal for members.
Generate and distribute CPE/CLE certificates.
Fulfill educational product orders.
Timely responses to all inquiries regarding the program and process.
Track certification application submissions.
Prepare annual invoicing of certification fees and collection of open balances.
Preparation of reporting on applicants and their status.
Communication to applicants on open items and next steps.
Work on other projects as needed to support revenue goals and objectives.
Events Management (30%)
Process registration activities for all TMA Global conferences and TMA assigned Regional conferences, events, webinars, certification courses and exams.
Timely responses to all inquiries regarding the registration for events as well as general questions about content and logistics.
Prepare various event reports and materials at scheduled intervals, including reconciliation with the Accounting department.
Working with Manager of Membership and Chapter Relations, coordinate all onsite registration activities at events.
General Administration (5%)
Serve as primary liaison for office equipment.
Assist Manager of Membership and Chapter Relations in projects as they arise.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to travel out of state and overnight (less than 5%).
Bachelor’s degree desired.
Work experience either as an intern or other relevant experience to job role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong computer knowledge and database experience.
