The American Association of Endodontists (AAE) is dedicated to the excellence in the art and science of endodontics and to the highest standard of patient care. The Association inspires its members to pursue professional advancement and personal fulfillment through education, research, advocacy, leadership, communication, and service.
The AAE is currently seeking a Membership Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role that addresses membership inquiries and processes membership transactions for the AAE.
Assists current and prospective Association members with membership inquiries
Runs reports, assists staff in utilizing database and information.
Assists candidates for membership in meting membership category requirements.
Processes membership applications.
Processes dues billing and payments.
Verifies and maintain member data and files.
Assists with membership recruitment and retention activities.
Coordinates Membership Directory
Represents the AAE at dental meetings by staffing the AAE exhibit booth.
Coordinates the rental and distribution of member mailing lists.
Manages predoctoral student award program.

What we seek:
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
At least 1 year of related experience in membership, association management, or other non-profit organization preferred.
Experience using database software, performing data entry, and record keeping.
Familiarity with dental, association, and/or nonprofit organizations is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service, communications, and organization skills.
