This customer service position provides quality customer service to our trade association members within an association management company in Tallahassee, FL. Team members serve as the front line to our members with responsibilities including answering phone calls, data entry of member information and payments, data updates, fulfilling orders, filing, mailing projects - basically all aspects of customer service. This role will include answering incoming phone calls all day within a team atmosphere (3 other staff help with this as well) while still performing other tasks at the same time.
