The Accounting Assistant handles the day-to-day Accounts Receivable duties. These include deposits, credit card and cash reconciliations, and recording of receipts on member/customer records. This position is a primary contact for customer renewal and other incoming calls, and therefore requires excellent communication and customer service skills. As a member of the administration team, various cross training and support will be required within the department.
Qualifications: 1.Experience in Accounts Receivable 2.Familiarity with Data Base Systems and reconciliations 3.Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting preferred Skills and Characteristics Desired: 1.Computer literate 2.Service minded with good communication skills 3.Strong organization skills 4.Ability to multitask
