Currently, we seek a Member Services Associate to work with our member communities and internal staff to ensure a satisfactory customer service experience, connect members with benefits and to be the primary support for the member community. This position serves as the internal resource for LeadingAge staff and members who utilize the member community, networks and other engagement tools. This position serves as the primary contact for members calling for assistance/problem resolution and assists the Member Engagement team with special projects.
The position requires a BA/BS degree with 3 years of experience in a member information or customer service relationship role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong client-facing and communication skills; advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills; excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform basic data entry; strong knowledge of CRM or association management software, MS Excel and proficiency with all other MS Office applications. Association experience is helpful but not required.
