The Coordinator is responsible for AIA Indiana member retention and growth. Through personal outreach to current and prospective AIA Indiana members of all levels, the director will identify member needs, gather member feedback, connect members with existing services, programs and resources, facilitate positive member experiences and grow member engagement with the organization. The Coordinator is also charged with facilitating the effective planning and implementation of programs and activities for AIA Indiana and its local sections.
Telecommuting is allowed.

AIA Indiana represents the interests of and provides services to more than 700 architects and affiliated design professionals. In addition to the state organization, four independently-governed AIA sections, operated by volunteer boards and committees, provide localized programs and services to the members and the communities they serve.
