Process consumer complaints and assist the parties in reaching a resolution through conciliation or mediation efforts. The Analyst will also provide customer service to consumers and businesses which include, but is not limited to, their complaints, general information generated from our database, and referrals to appropriate agencies. They will engage in consistent and timely correspondence with the parties, update BBB records, and perform other duties as assigned.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Detail oriented and acceptionally well organized. Good time management skills, driven, accountable and a passion for helping people.
