Coordinate and execute fundraising tactics and provide administrative support for the ASGE Foundation and ASGE Sales and Business Development Department. Promote the mission of the organization and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external constituents and stakeholders.
Provide administrative support to the ASGE Foundation and ASGE Sales and Business Development Department.
Coordinate and execute fundraising tactics related to exhibits, marketing opportunities, annual fund, major gifts, campaigns, planned giving, special events and other development activities as assigned.
Coordinate ASGE Foundation Board of Trustees conference calls and meeting schedules and logistics.
Assist Sales and Business Development Senior Director with corporate meetings, the industry training program and new business development ventures.
Provide excellent, professional and timely customer service to supporters, prospects and staff. Ensure that corporate and members supporters and prospects experience high-quality interactions that foster long-term engagement and investment.
Prepare accurate, timely and meaningful gift acknowledgements for all donations and pledges and coordinate transaction processing and collections with Finance Department
Maintain donor databases and records and routinely prepare accurate fundraising reports to track fundraising efforts and status.
Assist in development of impact reports to donors and prospect meeting presentations and proposals.
Actively maintain Web content and assist with collateral materials, publications, communications, marketing and social media.
Manage the ASGE Foundation’s comprehensive donor recognition and benefits program.
Complete other tasks and projects as directed.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience and knowledge base
Requires a minimum of two (2)-years experience, preferably in fundraising, sales, development, non-profit, association or professional member organization.
Intermediate level expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Intermediate knowledge of and experience with database/data management platforms (e.g. IMIS).
Excellent oral, written communication and customer service skills.
High level of professionalism. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization internally and externally.

Some travel with work on weekends and some evenings may be required.
