The Public Risk Management Association is looking for a self-starter to take over its membership department. The Member Services Manager will have an entrepreneureal spirit and a go-getter attitude. This person will manage the overall membership function of the association.
Major duties include:
Serve as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with members
Manage member recruitment and retention strategies
Work with office manager on renewal notices
Coordinate annual elections and ballot
Coordinate PRIMA awards programs
Serve as committee liaison
3-5 years of related experience within an Association or non-profit environment
Experience in project management with demonstrated success managing multiple projects and tasks while meeting assigned deadlines
Excellent communication and organization skills
Proficiency in current versions of Microsoft Office
The ability to quickly learn new systems and technology such as Association Management System (netForum), mobile apps, databases and project management systems.
