The American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE) is currently searching for a Corporate Development Project Manager. If you answered yes to the questions above, this may be the position for you!
The Corporate Development Project Manager works collaboratively with AADE staff members to successfully implement corporate programs and projects. Responsible for overseeing external and internal resources to manage projects from proposal through completion.
Will oversee project plans for approved corporate programs, both new and existing. Includes day to day coordination and execution of project requirements.
Serve as primary liaison for internal project work team(s) to ensure alignment, timely completion, and effective implementation of agreed upon program deliverables.
Assist Director in managing activities related to AADE’s Technology Institute (DANA: Diabetes Advanced Network Access), such as: tracking agreements, communication of product edits to DANA project manager, support for DANA-related questions from industry sponsors, and confirmation of sponsor recognition and releases of information with marketing department/organization.
Assist with conducting research for industry proposals and development of agreements in effort to identify potential sponsorship opportunities.
Track and evaluate results of development programs to report outcomes; with goal of optimizing effectiveness and efficiency. Will assist with studying/adopting best practices, with an eye towards continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years previous work experience with increasing responsibility and proven track record of success.
Demonstrated experience with project management responsibilities required. Previous experience with educational programming or marketing of programs a plus.
Ability to lead multi-functional teams of staff and vendors to meet defined goals and deadlines to achieve desired outcomes required.
