Summary of Position
We are seeking professionals who will develop strong relationships to effectively drive key chapter business functions in partnership with chapter leaders and mentors, delivering programs and services that support the maintenance and growth of existing PMI chapters, the establishment of new chapters, successful delivery of member value, and opportunities for long-term partnership with chapter leadership.
Essential Duties include but are not limited to:
•Drive planning and successful execution of assigned territory based on sound market and business intelligence, forecasting, and business rationale. Ensure unified planning for chapter membership and the overall practitioner market. Monitor deliverables and budget; identify, and recommend corrective actions if needed.
•Partner with chapters to ensure the successful execution of established business plans and local market strategies, vendor agreements, and application of appropriate processes and policies to attract, retain and enhance chapter member experience.
•Cultivate and strengthen relationships with chapters, volunteers, mentors, PMI communities , PMI colleagues, and other partners to expand market approaches and/or identify value-added offerings through those relationships.
•Identify and assess options for new chapter development policies, programs, and services. Provide regular reports to evaluate effectiveness of existing programs and services and provide strategic recommendation for future direction.
•Lead the review, recommendation, and implementation for improvements and enhancements to Chapter Development programs and services on an ongoing basis.
•Serve as a resource for chapters and mentors to effectively manage governance issues and questions, addressing and resolving issues when appropriate and escalating to department leadership as needed.
