The International Council for Veterinary Assessment (ICVA) is an independent, not for profit organization that provides standardized examinations for use by veterinary regulatory licensing boards, veterinary schools, and veterinary students including the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE). The NAVLE is the examination required for veterinary licensure in all jurisdictions of the US and Canada, and is also accepted for veterinary licensure purposes under certain circumstances by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (for licensure in the UK), and by the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (for licensure in Australia or New Zealand). The ICVA has offices in Bismarck, ND and Crystal Lake, IL.
The ICVA is seeking an Executive Assistant for the Crystal Lake, IL office location. This position will report directly to the CEO and provide all administrative support functions for the CEO and other ICVA volunteer entities including, but not limited to, calendar management, travel coordination, website maintenance, material preparation, meeting schedule and agenda preparation, compose minutes, executive summaries, reports, and newsletters, and other duties assigned. The individual will also assist in managing the daily operation of the Crystal Lake office. Occasional travel required.
