The Corporate Partnerships Manager manages Corporate Partner benefits and deliverables; is responsible for maintenance and upkeep of sponsorship tracking software; and assists with research and preparation of materials. The Corporate Partnerships Manager reports to the Chief Business and Leadership Officer. This position requires some travel.
Corporate Partnership Duties
Manages and develops an existing portfolio of corporate partnership relationships.
Oversees contract fulfillment and manages corporate sponsor benefits by coordinating with internal departments and corporate partners to outline expectations and ensure timely delivery of benefits.
Identifies prospects, maintains prospect database, and works with Chief Business and Leadership Officer to identify and implement solicitation strategies.
Manages a detailed sponsorship/activation database for all strategic and event partners, coordinating, monitoring, and tracking sponsor activation and creating partnership fulfillment reports.
Works collaboratively with internal departments to create customized benefits packages for partners in accordance with ASBO International’s strategic plan.
Develops budget related to corporate partnerships, including revenue and expense projections.
Manages corporate partnership activities and relationships at ASBO International events, including ensuring fulfillment of sponsor obligations and facilitating networking opportunities.
Coordinates annual Strategic Partner Summit.
Maintains corporate partnership-related webpages.
Maintains regular communication with partners by phone and email to ensure satisfaction.
Other duties as assigned.
Required knowledge & skills:Bachelor’s degree. Ability to manage multiple projects. Experience in nonprofit-related field. High-level organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. A creative and strategic thinker.Ability to develop strong customer relationships. High level of motivation and an ability to self-manage at times. Some travel and light lifting required.
