Association Management Firm specializing in medical associations seeks a part time administrative professional. Be the right hand assistant for a busy professional management firm associate executive director. Responsibilities include managing membership, dues collection and maintaining an accurate electronic online cloud-based database system. Some conference planning experience is desirable and will be utilized. End of 2017 Position potentially transfers to full time.
Association experience required. Administrative skills necessary: Microsoft word, excel and quickbooks, powerpoint. Office is cloud based and Mac Platform. Must be super organized and a strong multitasker.
