Coordinates day-to-day operations of the ServSafe program by fielding inquiries, processing paperwork, facilitating exams, and working with the Director of Operations to ensure the program is serving students, teachers, and businesses efficiently and effectively.
Essential Functions:. Field questions regarding the ServSafe program. Ensure ServSafe materials are ordered, sent, and delivered in an orderly fashion. Process and organize all incoming ServSafe student, proctor, and business information. Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable. Enters information into computer databases for effective record keeping in organized and timely manner.
