We are looking for Senior Cash Management Specialist to join our Finance team in our Chicago office overlooking Millennium Park. If you're seeking a unique position that goes beyond the daily monitoring, posting, and reconciling of payments made or receivables due, this may be the opportunity for you!
Our simple mission - to promote the use of structural steel - creates a fascinating, complex mix of programs and activities that will be surprisingly fun to explore as you manage the day-to-day accounts receivable processes and develop relationships with the members, customers, and vendors associated with them.
Membership dues, advertising and publication revenues, conference sponsorship, exhibition fees, education and certification programs, etc. need to be accurately monitored, recorded and reconciled by an experienced accounting professional with an impeccable customer service approach, and a knack for using current technologies.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business, with a minimum of five years progressive, relevant work experience and levels of responsibility. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, G/L accounting and membership software (preferably MS Dynamics and iMIS) or similar applications required.
To apply, please email your resume and cover letter, including your desired salary expectations, to firstname.lastname@example.org
