Full-time Frankfort-based position responsible for all facets of public school board team professional development including addressing training needs, conference programming, and curriculum development and delivery.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in education or Training & Development or the equivalent of three (3) years of similar leadership experience. Experience with event planning and project management. Experience in developing and delivering professional development. Strong team player. Aptitude in problem-solving. The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, including public speaking). Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
Working knowledge and/or direct experience of school district procedures and operations;and familiarity with the Kentucky public education community a plus. Experience with distance learning is also preferred.
