The Financial Services Institute (FSI), the leading trade organization for independent financial services firms and independent financial advisors, is hiring an Executive Assistant for its Washington, DC office.
A strong candidate will have proven and effective organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to take initiative are also desired. Candidates must also be able to manage multiple projects, tasks and competing priorities seamlessly. Candidates must also be capable of working independently, cooperating within a team environment and projecting a professional image. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel required. Solid phone and customer service skills also required. Requires minimum of 5 years prior experience in a similar Executive Assistant role. A general background in the financial services industry or within a trade association is desired, but not required.
