Million Dollar Round Table is recruiting a Professional Development Director who will have the opportunity to significantly impact the programming and education of its more than 49,500 members. The Director, will provide strategic direction – leading and overseeing all aspects of MDRT’s programs and educational offerings. They will help develop, implement, and analyze new educational needs, approaches, and content. The Director will have overall responsibility for the programing related to the annual meetings, a global conference, regional meetings, the MDRT Academy and MDRT status designation. The Director will also serve as the staff liaison to the Annual Meeting Divisional Vice President, the Top of the Table Program Committee, and the MDRT Experience Divisional Vice President.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years’ experience with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in adult education, professional development, human resources development, educational theory, or other comparable background. A Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation is strongly preferred. Additionally, the model professional will have a solid understanding of adult learning program theory, design, development, and delivery. They will have experience developing and managing complex, multi-million-dollar budgets, excellent member relations skills, an ability to manage volunteer groups, and will be able to successfully manage and mentor supporting staff.
