The Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE®) seeks an Online Learning Manager to develop, implement, and manage online learning content that meets the continuing legal education needs of Illinois attorneys.
As the Online Learning Manager you will have the opportunity to use your background in instructional design and web-based education to build online curriculum working with volunteer attorneys and other professionals as your subject matter experts. You will manage the entire curriculum of online learning content, including live webcasts and online on-demand programs and will suggest innovative ways to bring together and enhance existing online learning content for the benefit of the professional development of Illinois attorneys.
You will work closely with the other members of our team to build, curate, and promote our online learning content and participate in the development and growth of our online education projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
In-depth knowledge of instructional design and best practices in professional/continuing education.
Proficiency with relevant technology, including presentation software, authoring tools, Microsoft Office, and video editing software.
Experience in training and development, communications, and content management.
Experience with content development, including working with professional subject matter experts.
Project management experience that demonstrates a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Some travel may be required within Illinois.
Experience, Training, Certificates, and Licenses Required
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' work experience designing and delivering online education in the context of corporate training, continuing education, or professional development.
