The Membership Services Coordinator is responsible for the day- to-day office functions of the trade association including member services, meeting and event planning, publications, and database management. The Trade Association is focused on supporting independent school bus operators to promote business and safety so all can enjoy the ride!
Full time position based in our Lansdale PA office, however travel required, with some night and weekend events and overnight travel 6-10 times a year, with multi-day events several times a year for conferences, meetings and workshops. The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent plus experience in logistics, customer service, and corporate event planning. Experience in Trade Association Management and/or Education/Transportation Industry a plus.
