The membership coordinator will support the senior director of membership in engagement, retention, and acquisition of members. He/She will accomplish this by providing exceptional customer service to current and potential members and by supporting the development and growth of membership programs and services.
Handle incoming member inquiries related to benefits and services to ensure a seamless experience
Track and report any issues/challenges
Monitor "welcome series" performance emails
Maintain Member Benefits Kit
Identify and conduct member onboarding calls to stay on top of member needs; report back on major themes
Assist with quarterly member onboarding webinars
Attend industry events to identify potential members
Follow up with potential members to increase membership
Represent CEW at industry trade show(s)
Support development of programs and execution of events for millennial members
Report on program/event metrics
Member Connect Moderator
Review member posts on “Member Connect” – CEW’s online member community
Actively participate as voice of CEW (cross post relevant CEW events, news, benefits, etc.)
Report on discussion topics/themes and user demographics
Suggest improvements when necessary
CEW Career Center
Maintain jobs database
Manage promotional emails
Track monthly results and suggest improvements when necessary
Assist Senior Director as needed with new online mentoring program
Monitor Membership@ inbox
Manage annual proxy meeting
Performs other duties as assigned.
2+ years experience in membership/customer experience, engagement and acquisition
Technically competent membership database and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, database management
Additional Salary Information: up to 10% bonus
