The Membership Services Coordinator will support overall membership operations including membership, sponsorship and event processing, meeting scheduling and required interactions with the marketing and accounting functions. Responsibilities also include maintenance of reporting documents, metrics, membership promotional materials and oversight for membership website content. The successful candidate must have exceptionally strong administrative, scheduling and organizational skills, be a resourceful team-oriented self-starter capable of executing several tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of recent similar experience including the preparation, management and reporting of financial metrics
Strong independent contributor; collaborative team member willing to undertake new tasks as needed
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
