Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications or other relevant fields.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of related professional experience required.
• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience required.
• Proven successful track-record in managing online communication and publications.
• Interpersonal and teamwork skills to seek input across the organization, working across departments.
• Experience with platforms that manage high-volume email such as Hubspot; experience working with Sprout Social or other social media content scheduling tools; working knowledge of HTML, CMS experience (Sitecore preferred), UX, and excellent writing and message development skills.
• Experience with associations a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing cross-channel communications.
• Internal public relations experience.
• Ability to multitask and set priorities in a flexible manner.
• Exceptional time and project management skills.
• Strong organizational and editing skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with working for a member-led organization.
