Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications or other relevant fields.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of related professional experience required.
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience required.
- Proven successful track-record in managing online communication and publications.
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills to seek input across the organization, working across departments.
- Experience with platforms that manage high-volume email such as Hubspot; experience working with Sprout Social or other social media content scheduling tools; working knowledge of HTML, CMS experience (Sitecore preferred), UX, and excellent writing and message development skills.
- Experience with associations a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience implementing cross-channel communications.
- Internal public relations experience.
- Ability to multitask and set priorities in a flexible manner.
- Exceptional time and project management skills.
- Strong organizational and editing skills with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with working for a member-led organization.
