MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree required. Degrees in Information Systems, Engineering or a related field preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience with at least 2 years of experience working in AMS/CRM support role.
- Experience in dealing with technology vendors and writing, reviewing, and testing functional system requirements.
- Proficiency in using MS Word, knowledge of MS SQL or comparable data systems and have the ability to learn new software quickly.
Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to work independently, with little supervision, and to work effectively to complete tasks and take initiative.
- Must have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented and able to set priorities.
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced, small team environment with a high degree of collaboration.
