Process conference registrations including; setting up all meeting activities in software application (IMIS) so that registration forms may be entered and so that payments are posted to the correct accounting code, reviewing all registration forms and housing applications for accuracy and resolving any problems. This includes GMA and other associations managed by GMA.
Prepare and distribute all meeting confirmations and meeting materials.
Prepare meeting registration information including attendance reports, name badges, event tickets, registration packet labels, name badges, signs, name tents and other materials.
Prepare and coordinate distribution of voting credentials for the GMA Annual Business Meeting.
Coordinate registration staff and activities while on-site at GMA Conferences. Resolves attendee problems. Also assist with the registration desk and exhibit area at other association conferences that are managed by GMA.
Assist with the dues billing and payment entry for associations managed by GMA. Mails association information to new clerks and managers and enters new memberships.
Perform general clerical work such as correspondence and reports, copying and sorting materials and documents, preparing mail-outs, scheduling appointments, sorting and distributing mail.
Process book orders for GAFC and send invoices.
Two-year college degree required, college degree preferred; two years of experience in administrative work or a related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
