Serves as liaison to designated Sections for the Combined Sections Meeting (CSM)
Assists in the overall planning of CSM and APTA Conference including space assignments, database management, and special event planning
Evaluates event outcomes and assists with the development and implementation of process improvements
Compiles history reports for catering, housing and other logistical meeting elements
Processes invoices for payment and assists with annual budget process
Monitors and maintains national meeting web and intranet pages, primary respondent to department’s general email
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative support
Strong administrative and data management skills
Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to be mobile
