Consulting firm seeks an Executive Assistant to the President to provide logistical and administrative support to the office’s large-scale projects. The Executive Assistant will be the primary point of contact for internal and external matters, serve as a liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Management teams, coordinate outreach and external relations efforts, and oversee special projects.
Candidate must be energetic, work collaboratively in a fast pace environment for the team and constituents, pay attention to details, able to take direction and assume increasing independent responsibility with appropriate follow-up, manage projects from conceptualization through completion, and maintain discretion and confidentially.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a broad variety of administrative support and management for the President to including: calendaring, scheduling appointments and creating an agenda, making travel arrangements and providing an itinerary, expense reports, budgeting, record keeping, and composing and preparing confidential correspondence;
Keep the President informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up appropriately;
Serve as liaison communicating on behalf of the President, with Board of Directors, staff and constituents on cross-functional projects and the President’s programmatic initiatives;
Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures;
Receive and screen communications, including telephone calls and emails, and provide assistance;
Manage highly confidential and sensitive contracts/documents;
Transcribe dictation and prepare meeting minutes;
Prepare presentations, assist with composing speech, talking points and visual materials;
Process invoices and filing; sort, prioritize and distributing incoming materials;
Meaningfully contribute to other office needs as they arise

BA/BS and at least 5 years Executive Assistant, C-level Executives support
Strong computer skills, including MS office suites; preferable database management skills to include Access and Excel
Strong analytical, oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaborative environments with social and intellectual diversity.
