The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), one of the nation’s largest and most dynamic nonprofit organizations is currently searching for manager to support our Global Programs department.
Liaising with and supporting international ASCE Sections, Branches, and Groups
Managing and renewing international agreements and affiliations
Updating and maintaining database information
Updating website content
Developing and editing articles for newsletter
Providing logistical and meeting planning support
Responding to information requests and other inquiries
Providing routine administrative office support
The ideal candidate will have:
A 4-year college degree or advanced degree in international relations
1-3 years’ experience in international relations
Demonstrated success working with people from different cultures
Excellent written and verbal communications skills (foreign language fluency highly desired)
A thorough proficiency with the full MS Office Suite
Experience in e-mail campaign development and management
Experience in web-based programs
Superior organizational skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent assignments
