The Organization for International Investment (OFII) is a Washington, D.C.-based business association that represents the U.S. operations of many of the world’s leading international companies. OFII advocates for fair, non-discriminatory treatment of foreign-headquartered companies and promotes policies that will encourage them to establish U.S. operations, which in turn increases American employment and U.S. economic growth.
OFII is seeking an experienced, enterprising professional to support the organization’s strategic initiatives, business development efforts and membership services, including events.
Maintain a current and accurate membership contact database through regular coordination with primary contacts at OFII member companies.
Conduct research and analyze data to support strategic initiatives and membership retention efforts.
Manage OFII’s annual membership renewal cycle.
Support the successful implementation of OFII’s portfolio of events by developing marketing campaigns, coordinating catering and managing other pre-event and on-site tasks.
Coordinate and market webinars co-hosted with law and accounting firms.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with various stakeholders including member companies, prospective members, service providers, the diplomatic community and other associations/organizations.
Represent OFII at networking events, such as member company receptions and trade

At least one year of experience in membership services, business development or marketing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to anticipate project needs, manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
Team-player with high professionalism
Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
Event planning experience
Fantastic customer service ethic with high expectations for quality
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using Salesforce and email marketing platforms.
Interest in global business and related issues
Additional Salary Information: Targeted bonus up to 10% of salary earned
