The Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO), an international organization, was founded in 1930 to facilitate the exchange of information, ideas and cooperation among real estate regulatory agencies and policy makers in the area of real estate brokerage activities. The focus of the organization today is to promote and protect the public interest by supporting entities all over the world that are involved in the licensing and regulation of real estate practitioners and in the administration and enforcement of real estate license laws.
We are searching for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our Association. The CEO is employed by the Executive Committee and responsible to the Board of Directors for the operation of the Association, and serves as secretary to both the Association and ARELLO Foundation. The CEO will work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to fulfill the Association’s vision, mission and strategic goals. Specifically, the CEO will ensure ARELLO’s finances, operations, revenue generation, marketing, human resources, technology, and program and services strategies are effectively implemented, evaluated and modified as needed. The CEO will also organize, direct, support and coordinate staff, consultants and vendors. The CEO will work to develop, maintain and enhance internal and external relationships and create a positive image for the association. We are looking for an executive whose values are reflected in his/her everyday professional style, a style that resonates with the mission of the Association.
The successful candidate we are seeking must have demonstrated leadership skills in a results based environment at the CEO/COO/CFO level and possess a proven ability to build and manage multiple professional relationships.
