SNMMI is seeking a dynamic individual who is detail-oriented and skilled in multi-tasking to join our Education and Meeting Services Department. This individual will manage the logistics, registration and on-site management for SNMMI's Mid-Winter meeting, along with assisting the Director with various aspects of the Annual Meeting. This position is also responsible for planning logistics of small meetings and society webinars.
Bachelor's Degree required.
CMP designation a plus.
3-5 years experience with planning small meetings.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of iMIS a plus.
Ability to work and adhere to a deadline oriented environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with professional staff, vendors and members.
Excellent oral and written skills.
Telecommuting is allowed.
