Design, implement and sell industry suppliers exhibit, sponsorship, and integrated media programs.
Develop and sell industry suppliers revenue-generating partnerships in education, thought-leadership and other strategic areas that support the mission of the association, in collaboration with the association program leads.
Collaborate with the executive director, program leads, and association colleagues to co-create and fulfill the industry program, aligned with association priorities and goals.
Develop and track the department’s revenue budget, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Perform research to ensure strategic effectiveness and growth in new industry prospects, with a special emphasis on developing high value-exchange alliances.
Maintain an aggressive schedule of contacts with industry representatives, keep detailed records of solicitation activities in client databases, and interpret corporate interests to client constituencies.
Create and deliver sales presentations, prepare sponsorship and partnership proposals, manage proposal submissions, and monitor proposal deadlines.
Communicate effectively with industry sponsors and partners through face-to-face solicitation and stewardship meetings, as well as ongoing and strategic written and e-communication strategies.
Plan and support execution of targeted events across the year.

Bachelor’s degree required.
Demonstrated success in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, individual/major gift solicitation, and annual campaign management experience.
Minimum of 5-7 years sales experience at a non-profit organization, association, or related organization required.
Disciplined self-starter who regularly exceeds goals.
Computer literacy required (Microsoft Office) and database familiarity.
Ability to travel.
