Job Summary We’re growing our team to lead new and exciting projects in support of our mission. In this role, you will facilitate successful project delivery by managing all phases of the project cycle, assists with the implementation of operational efficiencies, and provide insight for standardizing procedures of current and future projects. As an ideal candidate, you have at least two years of project management experience. You understand the proper balance of taking charge and working collaboratively with teammates. You pride yourself in your problem-solving skills and can adapt easily to changing priorities. Projects are clearly planned, led with confidence and completed on time. Responsibilities and Duties - Manage multi-disciplinary projects that require a broad knowledge of project management standards and best practices.
- Analyze business process and workflows, with input from management and staff to identify opportunities.
- Assist with developing operational processes and standardizing project management within the organization.
- Identify “best practices” opportunities for aligning workflow and technologies across departments for standard operations.
- Assist with data analysis/metrics to measure project outcomes
- Provide ongoing updates regarding project status
