Administrative, Clerical, Support, Communications/Editorial, Education and Training
ASBO seeks a dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator who will report to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and the Chief Business & Leadership Officer (CBLO), providing administrative and multiple project support. The position also will support the Membership, Marketing and Communications, Education, Legislative, Certification, Recognition, Corporate Partnerships, and Events Departments. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects effectively, prioritizing and executing tasks and reacting promptly and efficiently to changing priorities, demands, and deadlines.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assist COO and CBLO with various time-sensitive tasks, including researching topics, responding to member and non-member inquiries, and facilitating development of association projects. • Research, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other information. • Prepare communications, including PowerPoint presentations, reports, and correspondence. • Assist with preparation and meeting materials for conferences, committee meetings, team meetings, orientations, etc. • Create surveys to specific member groups and analyze data from completed surveys. • Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge & Skills
• High-level organizational skills. • Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills. • Competence in developing, implementing, and managing projects from start to finish. • Enthusiastic and self-motivated. • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously. • Ability to remain flexible in attitude and work style essential. • College degree preferred. • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Outlook. • Familiarity with iMIS, Informz, Eshow preferred.
