The Institute currently seeks a dynamic and organized Program Assistant join our Digital Finance team. S/he will primarily provide administrative support to the Managing Director, Digital Finance by managing travel schedule and calendar, setting up meetings, and providing research assistance as needed. The position will also support committee and working group activities and assist with report production. Finally, the position will help to organize department events by compiling invitation lists, drafting and distributing invitations, drafting and distributing speaker invitations, and assisting with logistical preparations.
Applicants should have a college degree, at least one year of professional experience, strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills (oral and written); and be proficient with Microsoft Office and database software. Personal attributes such as a high degree of professionalism, strong organizational skills, the ability to handle confidential documents with discretion, and attention to detail are essential. Some domestic and/or international travel maybe required.
