A market leader, United States-based international corporation in the recovery and certification field searching for a dynamic Executive Director with exceptional organizational skills and experience to lead the corporation’s rapid growth and marketing initiatives both domestically and globally.
Additionally, the rapid growth in new markets will require the candidate to be willing to move where the new global office will be located within the continental United States of America.
The candidate must have strong financial and fiduciary skills with the foresight to new marketing and sales initiatives that benefit the IC&RC first and foremost. The candidate must also be able to establish and manage new revenue targets with an ability to search, refine, and establish, new marketing products and opportunities in all regions represented by the membership as well as new areas of growth.
It is essential that the executive director can understand and keep processes streamlined to capture the nature of the membership’s expectations both geographically and internationally where the business maintains stability, and can continue to expand and become stronger.
A critical step to the success of the executive directorship position is that all details must be performed with the utmost measure of integrity, accountability, and clarity, as these are key components to a strong IC&RC platform.
Additionally, the position will require regular communication and research efforts with all the various regions of the membership and in doing so, must be able and willing to travel and meet with the regional membership leaders regularly.
Primary duties include a keen oversight in day to day business operations within the head office. To exude strong communication skills with a servant-leadership process and mentality that supports and allows a small office structure to grow and flourish while responding to a large membership base that is uniquely diverse. The Executive Director must manage the business and comply with all federal and state/provincial laws in both domestic and international regions and has a complete understanding of the diversity in which that encompasses.
The position is for direct management of the IC&RC business and should not be compromised by any other business interests in the industry or membership base associations.
