What you'll need: - Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
- Two or more years of experience with a nonprofit organization, preferably with a medical related society
- Experience staffing volunteer committees and preparing minutes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; interacts effectively, professionally, and diplomatically with individuals at all levels, including volunteers and staff.
- Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize work and problem solve
- Organized, self-directed and flexible
- Ability to travel 3-4 times per year
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision
- Ability to successfully manage timelines and projects from start to finish
