Come join the international leader of resources on cardiac rhythm disorders, whose mission is to improve patient care by promoting research, education and optimal health care policies and standards!  The Heart Rhythm Society (HRS) is seeking a diplomatic Director of Human Resources to lead and direct the Human Resource function of the association.  This leadership opportunity is located in Washington, DC and is a sole contributor role supporting over 40 staff (with some vendor support).

The Director develops and implements human resource strategy, manages the HR budget, develops and researches policies and programs, and provides strategic and critical thinking and direction to the leadership of the organization.  This role manages all human resource related activities including recruitment, retention, compensation, employee relations, labor law compliance, performance management, benefits administration, and employee training and development.  The Director is an expert in mapping and aligning talent strategy to the business strategy of the organization.
