Chief Credentialing Operations Officer
Who You Are We are looking for a motivated Chief Credentialing Operations Officer who is ready to jump in and take the lead on multiple initiatives. In this role, you will manage several critical employees including Call Center Manager, Document Review and Recertification Manager and Credentialing Operations Coordinator. This position reports to the Executive Director/CEO. To succeed in this role, you will have strong communication and analytical skills, excellent customer service skills and the ability to think strategically. The ideal candidate must have:• Bachelor’s degree (in Business or related field preferred)• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in customer
