For over 65 years, the Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS) has been the leading international research society dedicated to its mission of accelerating musculoskeletal discovery to improve health.

With more than 3000 members from across the globe the ORS is a pillar in the orthopaedic community supporting countless biologists, clinicians, engineers, orthopaedic surgeons and other professionals in the field of musculoskeletal research. The ORS community is multi-disciplinary and is comprised of members from academia, industry/private sector, government, and private practice at all career levels from around the world.

The current ORS Executive Director is retiring after 21 years of successful management of the organization. Leaving behind a strong legacy and a healthy organization with a $2.9 million budget, $5 million in investments, a 16-member Board of Directors, a professional staff of 10, and a broad and vast network, the team at the ORS celebrates this success and looks forward to a new Executive Director who will continue to evolve the organization.
