The NSTA Senior Finance and Grants Manager manages the overall financial management of NSTA’s federal and private grants and contracts.  The Senior Finance and Grants Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day financial oversight of the organization's contract and grants programs, working in a dynamic, collaborative, and mission-based environment. The position supervises all aspects of grants financial management and compliance with funder requirements and applicable laws. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting and related activities to support the grants and contracts programs.  The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, adept at managing priorities and deadlines, and will have demonstrated success in working with multiple programs.  T
