POSITION PURPOSE
Provides overall administrative support to the Talent Management Department and provides support to the CASE Advancement Internship Program, CASE Graduate Trainee Program, CASE Career Central, internal talent management activities, and the CASE Affiliated Student Advancement Programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The core functions of this position include but are not limited to the following:
Program/Project Support
Provides day-to-day support for Talent Management recruitment and program delivery of initiatives including: all early career talent programs (CASE Advancement Internship and the CASE Graduate Trainee program), Career Central, internal talent management programs and CASE ASAP.
Tracks demographic data and member engagement of current and past program participants to support CASE’s diversity and talent management efforts within the association management system.
Coordinates department’s CASE communities (CASE Internship, CASE Graduate Trainees, CASE ASAP), and other marketing, communication and awareness efforts as assigned, including website updates.
Coordinates assigned projects for the CASE Advancement Internship program to include support to host institutions, interns, and program vendors including host participants invoicing; coordination the creation of candidate applications and distribution to hosts; and creating and distributing internship onboarding forms.
Assists with the CASE Advancement Internship Training in Washington, DC including coordinating lodging and travel. Assists with onsite registration, program and post conference evaluation.
Assist in the delivering of the year-long e-curriculum for the CASE Graduate Trainee Program.
Coordinates activities of the CASE Affiliated Student Advancement Program (CASE ASAP) to engage and support professional development of advisers of student advancement program.
Assist in the promotion and recruitment of CASE ASAP student leaders as viable candidates for the CASE Advancement Internship program or CASE Graduate Trainee program.
Some domestic travel may be required to assist with strategic priorities and Talent Management efforts; may include weekend travel.
Supports the division with all other Philanthropy, Culture and Talent program projects and activities as assigned.
Data Support Functions
Generates information, reports, and metrics to support organizational activities and volunteers as needed.
Supports the process of product set up and maintenance as assigned on an ongoing basis to ensure quality and accuracy of all advancement program products in the AMS System. Follows business processes, ensures that products are ready on a timely basis and function correctly.
Ensures that all information related to talent management and diversity programs is consistent across channels (i.e., Personify, web, print promotions).
Fiscal Management/Budget Responsibilities/Judicious Use of Resources
Exercises fiscal responsibility in the utilization of all CASE resources.
Liaison Responsibilities
Exhibits appropriate leadership toward and works cooperatively and supportively with all volunteer groups for which this position is responsible.
Liaises with colleagues running CASE's conferences, workshops, and institutes in other parts of the world to ensure the best sharing of ideas, expertise and knowledge.
Position Requirements
Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2-3 years’ work experience in project coordination within a customer-service environment or equivalent combination of education and experience in internship, student advancement or student affairs activities.
Skills and Abilities Required: Must exhibit superior customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of constituents, both internal and external. Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-orientated, organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills necessary. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database programs required. Personify, or similar AMS, experience preferred. Ability to work independently and in a team to accomplish goals and meet deadlines.
