The Urgent Care Association is seeking an experienced full-time meeting planner to handle site selection, contracting, planning and execution for one medium-sized (1000 attendees) meeting and several smaller (20-100 attendees) meetings annually across the US.  This is a hands-on position, requiring travel to and execution of all meeting activities and coordinating traveling staff.  This is not a director-level role and there are no direct reports – this role is for someone who just loves meeting planning!  UCA is a close-knit team of professionals who have a passion for urgent care and our members and each other.  If you are enthusiastic, smart, hard-working and have some solid meeting p
